SERVICES I OFFER

I offer a variety of services including individual, couples, and group counseling, as well as Life Coaching services. I am currently seeing clients virtually through a secure telehealth video platform. I do not offer in-person appointments at this time. I work with individuals from ages 13 and up. My therapy is LGBTQ-affirming, Gender-affirming, and Kink-affirming, and I work off a trauma-informed model. I use techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-focused Hypnotherapy, Feminist Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapies. My sessions are 45-55 minutes in length and can be provided weekly or biweekly depending on your schedule.

Initiative Counseling and Aron Cyrrian are a part of HD Counseling, LLC. This partnership provides us with the unique benefit of working with a diverse team of counselors. Following our intake session, if you find that I am not the right fit as a counselor for you, I can refer you to another member of our team who can better assist you. The counselors at HD Counseling come from a diversity of backgrounds, including different counseling styles, specialties, and accepting a wide array of health insurance providers.
